Our Pilates classes focus on precision, control and breath—not fast-paced fitness, but true mat Pilates designed to strengthen the core and pelvic floor while improving posture and body awareness.

  • Slow-paced and mindful, emphasising control over intensity

  • Not a bootcamp—instead, Pilates is a skill, teaching proper body alignment and movement mechanics

  • Synchronises movement with breath, promoting focus and grounding even in a chaotic world

  • Based on Contrology, engaging the core and pelvic floor throughout each movement

  • Helps to correct posture and maintain a neutral pelvis, supporting overall body function

ReBound Pilates (Trampoline Cardio & Mat Pilates)

  • Small, personalised private sessions

  • For 1–2 people (great for couples or friends)

  • Includes a mix of trampoline cardio and mat pilates

  • Uses a wide variety of equipment
