Our Pilates classes focus on precision, control and breath—not fast-paced fitness, but true mat Pilates designed to strengthen the core and pelvic floor while improving posture and body awareness.

Not a bootcamp—instead, Pilates is a skill, teaching proper body alignment and movement mechanics

Based on Contrology, engaging the core and pelvic floor throughout each movement
