My Journey
Whether in a studio or by the sea, my mission is to guide others in uncovering the joy of movement and enhancing their overall well-being
My journey in movement and fitness began at a young age, ignited by a deep passion that saw me teaching my first class at the age of 16 at a Gym in Tenerife, Spain. By the time I reached 21, I had proudly earned my Level 5 Diploma in Instructing Fitness and Physical Education. This accomplishment marked the beginning of my career as a personal trainer.
In 2022, I sought to broaden my expertise within the United Kingdom by obtaining certifications in Level 2 Exercise to Music and Level 3 Pilates, complemented by specialised CPD training that focused on Pilates for orthopaedic conditions. This enriching educational journey led me to volunteer with a dedicated physiotherapy department, where I embraced the role of exercise trainer, working hand-in-hand with physiotherapy teams to support individuals through their rehabilitation process.
Since 2023, I have had the pleasure of teaching Bachata and Salsa in Norwich, collaborating at corporate events, festivals, and fundraisers.
In 2024, I proudly completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, which has equipped me to teach Yoga, Dance, and Pilates at two leisure centres and within the National Health Service (NHS).
Throughout the year, I organise community wellness events on the Beautiful Norfolk Broads, Norfolk Coast and woodlands, blending movement with the natural beauty of the environment, all while inspiring individuals to connect with both themselves and nature.
